Second Hand Values - Saddles & Rubber Matting

Hi,
I have to come up with an approx. value for the following items ... anybody got any ideas on what they may be worth?

1x Black 17'' Medium Jeffries Hawk Event Saddle. About 4/5 years old in good condition.

Good quality rubber matting to fit a 12 x 12 stable. Approx. 3 years old. Typical wear showing.

1 x English leather bridle (treadstone make) approx 2.5 years, in good condition.
1 x rambo wug hw turnout. good condition.

They're all going as a 'job lot' so to speak,but i need a rough value for what they may be worth.

Any help appreciated.

i just sold my rubber matting at £20 each. i also sold prestige saddle and bridle (newmarket colour) for £650.00.
