Had my second lesson on Bert today and it was fab!
He was bending nicely and really working from behind, it is very strange as now i have lost my washing line reins and actually have a contact
Not only was he bending nicely but actually working on the bit! This might sound daft but as this is our second lesson it is also the first time in a year he has ever been worked correctly. By the end of the hour he was coming down onto the bit on his own and really going well.
The sucks part is that my saddle doesn't fit him
I have had it less than 10 months and had it professionally fitted but instructor thinks it never could have fitted him and it certainly doesn't fit me
So now I have to get a new saddle, which Ihad planned to do in July as wanted to change the colour but now it is much more pressing. Also I don't want to do the little SJ i had planned in 2 weeks time if he is going to beuncomfortable
