sedalin for mane pulling?

Does anyone use sedalin for mane pulling?? i have an overly sensitive mare whom am having a big problem when it comes to using a solo comb. She rears up and wont let me near her mane, tried treats etc and help but she gets really stressy.
We have a dressage test next week and her mane really needs pulling, she wont even let me near it to plait up either, she will let me use a plastic curry comb but thats it!!
so i figured a bit of sedalin to pull her mane short and neatly will save stress of trying to do it without and possibly risking injury to those on the ground!!
Never used sedalin before, any advice please?

I have used it for tail pulling,but when I got a rake no longer needed it.
Have you tried one,its so much better than solo comb.

She absolutely wont let me near her mane with any form of comb atall, only a plastic curry or a body brush, even then she gets funny

If she is that bad she may still fight the sedalin,but it works for clipping and helped with the tail pulling[I still had a door between us though]

Sedalin usually works fine for our difficult TB's although sometimes I have to get the vet out to do a full sedate job for a proper mane pull on a loopy one!
