sedalin

Not personally but seen it used ranging from annual dentish visit to daily to get nutter horse out of stable.
For dentist I much prefer domestin (sp) one of the drugs used in IV sedation that you give under the tongue - works more effectlive than sedalin.

Yes so that my EDT could look at my ponies teeth ( had one loose) but then we sedated her to remove the tooth.

Have used it to clean and treat a shoulder injury.

Have known someone give a mare some to quieter her down when she lost her foal.

Used it on a laminitic by the vet - supposedly it opens the blood vessels in the feet and allows bute/danilon to work more effectively.

Clipping and changing a bandage for a leg wound, would also use for travelling if needs be. Friend used it for horse when she had to stay in with lammi.

used it when my old pony was in during the day after being sunburned... gave it 2 him just before turning him back out each day didnt work cos he was pretty cross about being in!
