Sedaline for travelling

How much sedaline would you give a horse to calm it whilst travelling?

There is a thread under veterinary or stable about this, have a look it might help you. I'd suggest asking your vet as they know the horse, its temprement, weight etc, I wouldn't want to give too much for travelling
