I just wanted to see if anyone knows his whereabouts/whether he's still alive. I had Flash for a couple of years when I was a teenager and he was the best horse! When I went to university I gave him back to his original owner but then moved away and lost touch.
He would be 22 now (born 1990), very rich, red chestnut - pics below. I think he stood about 15.2 ish.
His owner was called Sarah Youngman, but she got divorced whilst I had him and might have reverted to her maiden name. When I had him he was in Suffolk, first in Charsfield and then near Wickham Market - I think she took him to her parents house which might be in Essex or Suffolk I'm not sure!
Anyway, I'd love it if anyone recognises/knows of him - he's one of those horses who sticks with you forever, I learnt so much on him and he gave me so much confidence jumping - never stopped once.
He had a scar at the top of his throat where he had a tie-back operation.
