Seeking horse healer/herbalist

Hi, a couple of years ago there was a write up in the horse and hound about a lady in Devon (Exeter area) who could treat and cure sarcoids with some herbs that is given in feed with a money back guarantee should it not work, I have spoken with someone locally who used her and it worked, however, she can't remember who this lady is, can anyone help as I am desparately trying to trace her as my horse suffers from sarcoids and I really want to use her?
