Just been and dropped Missy off at horsepital

She developed cellulitis in her off hind last Thursday, vet came up on friday morning and put her on anti b's, bute and another anti inflammatory (Quadrisol?). Vet came back on Monday and there was no improvement so I had to double her antibiotic dose (Missy now hates me after all of those injections!). Still no improvement this morning (it looks like it's spreading up to and has affected her hock

).
So this evening she went up to the vets for 3/4 days for some IV antibiotics.
What does mum get for christmas.............Nice big vet's bill

Please spare some healing vibes for missy for a quick recovery!

Mine developed Cellulitis in the Summer after a nasty field injury. It was horrid and very worrying but she has made 100% recovery - I'm sure yours will be the same. ********good vibes********
