Select horseboxes help needed!

I am looking to buy a horse box from andrew saywell / select horseboxes. I have rushed in before and bought a box without doing much research into the company, this time im taking my time and finding out as much as i possibly can about the company in hand - select horseboxes.
If anyone has any info or past experiences from them, good or bad please let me know.

I dont know the people, but please get a mecanic to check whatever you are thinking of buying and get it over a weighbridge to check its unladen weight so you are sure it will do your job and dont be conned into buying a 7.5 ton without a tilt cab...

I asked a similar question about horseboxes.com or something similar and was told both them and select operate together and that selects boxes were alright and the one I was interested in wasnt. Hope that makes sense

I bought a horsebox (3.5t Chaigley) from Select August 2009 and it is a super box and we are very pleased with it. Just inspect it well when you pick it up as the window openers were missing the knobs! Apart from that the box was fine. Andrew Saywell managed to get us a chassis and box within our price range and it is really smart and has been trouble free. Andrew was very approachable and had the body built with what we wanted eg. outside tack locker, horse cctv etc. I think he uses a few different coachbuilders and my friend has a different one from mine that she bought from Select too and she is delighted with it. Hope this helps.
