Good question and sorry to hear you are selling. Google is probably going to be your friend here. You can google telephone numbers and names of interested people. FB and twitter stalking can also be fun

I honestly don't think I've ever had a dealer come and look - even when selling stock from the stud.
If you advertise that 5* home is wanted and that any potential homes will be checked out it might put them off.

Dealers generally dont buy from private homes unless its a trade in.
