Selling field, cant find anywhere for horses

Hello, we are selling our field and our grass livery tenant tells me she cant find anywhere else for her 2 horses and refuses to leave...and even refused to let viewers on the land. I did tell her at the beginning of the year we were planning to sell, and have twice given her written notice to end the contract. Sadly relations between us have broken down after 2 years of serious rent arrears, leaving the hose left on repeatedly, moving in caravans and dumping truckloads of hardcore etc etc.... Yet in spite of this I would feel really bad if she was forced to sell her horses for lack of somewhere else to keep them....
Can anyone advise me if there are temporary accommodation stables for horse owners in such a situation? Or any other advice for her to find somewhere? She was actually a good tenant when my husband was in charge, but since he was brain damaged following a major stroke she has sadly picked up that Im a bit easy to take advantage of in the arrangement as I hate to upset anyone

There are plenty of livery yards that will take horses short notice. Generally with only a few days notice

Get a good friends husband/brother/hire a chunky male to deliver the notice. She knows you are a push over and is takung advantage, so get a strong looking make to takenover.
