Just had my first viewing on house and it went really well. They looked round twice complemented me on most things and loved area. They are cash buyers looking for large bungalow after living in big house.
Ive been here 22 years so not much experience of people viewing my home.
In your opinion if someone is very interested do they normally make offer straight away or let you stew lol.
They asked if we had somewhere to go as they had cash and were renting so seemed very keen.
Im going to be anxious all night now until estate agent rings them tomorrow.

I would say that they seem prettey keen on your house. we'v got a field and buildings going for auction and we'v had loads of people just wanting to know what we would or wouldn't accept as they had the readies! so now with all that interst its definitly going for auction

TBH I wouldn't get my hopes up. When I was house hunting, if an owner showed me around I would be too embarassed to be anything else but complementary! And people can change their mind so quickly.

Know what your saying but they were more than enthusiastic .Oh well time will tell.
They also wanted to know about neighbours noise other people living in area etc

Oh, that's really good - the more questions some one asks the more interested they are! Try not to inflict too much stress on yourself though, its a horrible, horrible process on both sides!
