Selling pony with tack query

If you sell a pony with tack do you usually include stirrups/leathers?
Just wondering as people use different length leathers and have different size feet.
If I keep mine it's one less thing to replace.

My friend recently bought a horse and got everything the owner had for the horse (rugs,numnahs 2 sets of tack. boots etc) as she was giving up so wouldn't have a use for any of it anymore.

When I tried a horse that came with tack I was told it would just be his saddle and bridle. He didn't come with a girth, strirrups, leathers, boots, martingale etc.

Yup, my new one came with stirrups and leathers.

I'd be selling her with everything that's 'horse specific' so it fits the horse rather than the rider (bridle, 2 bits, 8 rugs, saddle and girth) I just thought that as the stirrups matter more to the person than the horse I might as well keep them.
