selling saddle through saddles direct?

Yes i have. Mine took a very long time to sell and i asked them to drop the price because of this so i didn't get a lot at the end but i was expecting this as it was 18" jumping saddle that fitted quite a flat back horse. The service was good though.

I had another look now am on the laptop - they offer 3 types of sale - part ex - selling on a commission and selling it direct to them
They have a few of the saddle i have to sell, all around the £450 - £500 mark. Am after around £400 for mine but left it open for them to offer me what they think.
Judging by the prices of the same saddle what do you think they will offer me for it? i paid £450 5 months ago for it.

I enquired earlier in the year and they said that they no longer bought saddles from people. They also advised me on what they think I would get for my saddle if I sold it via their website. Well I thought this was too low as the saddle was bought new and only used for 4 months as my horse outgrew it and it was a very good make. In the end I made £200 more by selling it privately through a FB group

They got back to me, said they would sell it for £495, buy it from me for £295 or i could put it on there site for £394?!!:confused::o

SIGH the search goes on..................
