Selling veterinary meds

Would it be legal to sell a load of Danilon I don't need on E:bay?

I have a couple of boxes but can't return it to the vets who supplied it as the partnership was dissolved!

I don't want to get in trouble lol!

It is a Prescription only medicine - I would take it back to another vets and see if they will take it off you - even if they don't give you any money for it they will make sure it is disposed of properly - shouldn't be disposed of in household rubbish.
