Selling your saddle via Saddles Direct experiences good or bad ?

They have got one of my saddle ATM, to do a buy direct from me. Offered me what I paid for it but I did get it cheap. They say it takes around 3weeks to get the money paid out, they have had 2 weeks so hopefully I get it next week. So far no issues with them.
 
I think it depends on what you're trying to sell though. I went down recently to find a 16.5 xw saddle for my pony. They were totally out of stock of them - they had absolutely nothing suitable, so any that had gone in to sell would have been sold instantly. But they had racks and racks of 17.5 dressage saddles which obviously weren't as popular so would probably have sat there for some time. I tried to get them to sell my dressage saddle and they said that they were so full of them, they wouldn't take any more unless a very popular make...so it depends on what it is you're trying to sell.
 
It's just a Hastilow GP i've had it since new in good condition. Only issues are 1) I had to send two emails and voice mail to confirm it had been received as couldn't use their courier as sending from Jersey. 2) Took a week and two more emails to get it on the website 3) It was then listed as Heritage instead of Hastilow and they have the wrong size down - I still have the receipt for it so know what size it is.

I have emailed them twice about point 3 and they have amended the make but I now have to email them again about the size.

I understand that they can't make it sell, but so far the customer experience hasn't been that great !!
