My mare is going to be 15 in July, a few years ago we were told she had arthritis the size of a 20 pence developing in her fetlock but that it wasn't going to restrict her in anyway, just to keep in mind it will worsen as she gets older. Anyway she is fit and healthy but stiff when she comes out her stable in the morning.
Anyway was wondering if any of you think it is worthwhile giving her any sort of supplement or moving her onto a senior feed as I'm not sure if I should bother or if I should when?
