Looking for advice on supplements or things to help my stroppy mare.

She’s super sensitive. Been spooky lately. Is super forward and getting excited at things.

What supplements do you swear by to help her. I can’t afford to do trial and error so hoping you all have success stories or indeed ‘avoid’ stories to save me the pain.

Thanks all.

Magnesium is often lacking in grazing especially this type of year especially with spring grass that could have an impact on her behaviour.

I buy Magnesium oxide from intralabs it's really cheap so may be worth a try.
Does it give you feeding guidelines?
How have you found it? Thanks for responding.

I normally feed it around this time of year and through the summer months I find it helps them, it can have a negative effect if the horse is not deficient.

I feed between 10 and 20 grams a day I have a 20 gram scoop I had from a previous supplement so just use that it probably holds about a teaspoon.

Recently put my mare on Oestress, and it has definitely helped with her cycles. She refused to eat her feed with straight agnus castus in it  but the Oestress includes that along with some other stuff that she seems to find edible.
