Seoul to shut dog meat slaughterhouses

Good news. South Korea has gone from extreme poverty to becoming the fastest growing economic developed country in just a few decades. It takes a while for traditions to catch up. Korean food is delicious but still incorporates poverty food in its culture. In reality, most Koreans would not eat dog meat, just as most English people no longer eat tripe, pigs trotters or sheep brains , much loved by my grandparents generation.
Improve a country's economy and the people have the freedom to be selective about their food choices. Venezuelians are currently being told to breed and eat their pet rabbits.
