Serious RTA at Great Oxendon

Two riders were hit this morning resulting in one horse being killed and the rider seriously hurt. The other rider was taken to hospital too. No more details as yet.

awful, I live just a mile down the road where it happened, didn't hear anything; I was out on my pony as well, but it was very very windy.

The road is a 60mph single track country road and very bendy, a lot of blind corners, should be make 30mph and more warning signs.

RIP horsey and hugs to those involved.
