Chestnut mare
Well-Known Member
When cantering in company my mare sticks her nose in the air and sets her neck and charges off
. I ride with very sensible people we never gallop off, never canter in the same place, some times when we are out do not canter at all and she is never left behind. She was always fine in the past but we have been on our new yard for a year and the problem started here!
I can't control her and do not enjoy cantering out as she does this. When we are out on our own and canter she does not do it at all.
Any suggestions please?
She's ridden in a hanging cheek snaffle.
