Hi all, I haven't posted on here for ages but i need some advice ...
Me and my OH are looking into buying a rural property with land and stables, we are currently working out our sums for the house and bills that go with it.
However i'm not quite sure where to start with working out the sums for the yard side of things as i would be looking at setting up a livery yard. So what do we need to consider in additional costings when it comes to insurance, business tax etc.
Obviously there is going to be the running costs for electricity, water, maintenance and land management that need to be taken into consideration too.
I was wondering if there is anybody on here that would be willing to offer some advise on what we need to consider and to give an idea on costs, all would be treated private and confidential so if you would prefer to send a PM that would be good.
