I have been looking for a D to loan for months! Advertised on lots of websites but not much success.14.2-15hh,5-14 years. Not looking for a HOYS pony but something to do local/some BSPS and do the odd worker for fun.Been spoilt with good ponies in the past so know what we like!
Daughter is good jockey and Mum would enjoy the odd hack.
We are very experienced, competent genuine people so come on, all those with a D doing nothing !He could be out there having fun. Perhaps you want your mare ridden before stud duties?Pony would be insured and a contract signed. Lots of references. We are based in Yorkshire . Replies please!

hi we talked a while back about mine- since then i decided to turn her away to winter out for a few years as a companion so prob wouldn't have been suitable in the end. I've seen your adverts on horsequest and seems to be loads of D's around, sure you'll find something. how bout ringing some of the ones who've been on sale for ages and just leaving the offer with them.... you never know!

Its a shame you just want loan, I have my d on the market, struggling to get the right people. Everyone that rings is looking for a novice and he is a typical D.

Have you rang round breeders and producers? I found my new D by just ringing round and leaving my name and number.

Good luck it took me 5 months

I think the problem is when people find a good D they like to hang onto them....I very nearly sold mine last xmas, but decided to school him on instead - have you tried contacting studs direct?? they may have a mare that they won't want to put in foal, or a nice gelding out in a field. good luck in your search.
