Totally depends on your pony. You said she was fresh last time so perhaps do give her a jump during this week. It really depends how you like them. I never jump at all at home, only ever jump at competitions. My horse has been off work completely for the last 2 months (on his annual break), when I bring him back into work I'll then take him out to a SJ event without having jumped at home first (although I do enter smaller classes than usual). But I like my horses fresh, it stops them getting even remotely stale doing this but I would point out that they are established. With youngsters or horses who went stupidly silly, I would jump in between events.

It does depend on the pony really but I wouldn't necessarily worry about getting the horse jumped but I would concentrate on flat work schooling during the that week that may help me when out jumping, like lengthing and shorting trot and canter strides, transitions so the horse is ready to listen to my comands when out. I could jump one weekend out at a show and not then jump again till the next comp/clinic two/three weeks later, my horses jumping improves directly with improvements of my horses flat work quality.
