sharer contract?

Hiya,

Iv hopefully found a sharer for my boy so just wanted to know who has sharers and do you have contracts?

is it just a verbal agreement or have you actalluy got something on paper?
what would it say anyway?

I have a contract and its just a re-write of the loan agreement on the BHS website, all i did was adapt it for sharing not full loaning! It just means both your sharer and you know where you stand if anything did happen
