sharers/ extra help?

hi
im bedfordshire based and have 4 lovely horses in work.
the problem i have is i work full time for an airline so i manage to ride one a day and quickly lunge 2 with the other getting the day off.
where would i find extra help? i dont want anybody to compete them and thats the problem as everyone ive had interested wants to jump them.
am i likely to find someone that just wants to hack / school?
ive tried horsemart and local tack shops and found noone suitable.
any ideas?

also try leaving up (if they allow you) adverts at local livery yards, as there may be someone who visits someone or someone who knows someone, this is how i found my great sharer recently, she does 2days a week for me which is all i wanted, just a little help, good luck

i keep the horses in wheathamstead, so herts borders really.

the other problem i have is that my horses - being jumpers or youngsters are quite sharp so kinda need someone that knows what they are doing!
