Sharers/riders?

For those off you who have someone else riding/competing your youngsters for whatever reason - how did you find your jockeys? Advertising, forums, someone you know or what? I'm thinking of using someone to do a bit with my totally unspoilt rising 5 year old and not sure where to start. Thanks all!

I used to do this for people , majority were word of mouth but i did advertise online and in a tackshop.

How do you know that the person is a) real and not a lecher/stalker
b) a competent rider if you haven't seen them ride?

Both my current owners found me on here.
Guess they had a lot of posts (inc pics) they could read back through to get an idea if my ability.

Word of mouth. Wouldn't advertise as you're likely to have to sift through a load of crap.
