i put a post on here a couple of days ago about sharers and had some really interesting responses from both sides, owners and sharers.

Anyway does anyone know of anywhere good to advertise for a sharer either on line or in print. 3 really nice horses at my yard looking for sharers, (not all mine!) Done the usual, advertising at local tack shop etc but must admit if I didn't have a horse I wouldn't be visiting a tack shop very often or a feed merchant at all? Any ideas!!

Stick an ad on New Rider classifieds, ( www.newrider.com )there are a lot of people there looking for shares. FWIW, I don't own my own horse, but i do like having a mooch around the tack shops !

Hi,

the newrider website seems to be quite popular. I also sometimes check stabletalk.co.uk, thehorseexchange.com and horsedates.co.uk (wanted/offered section).

Not sure what the takeup is as i was a potential sharer not advertising myself.

I have an advert on both Stabletalk and NewRider and so far no luck, you could try horsemarts wanted section, pet shops and local newsagents oh and adtrader
Im still looking for a sharer seems like no one is interested at the moment
