trying to live and compete off a working pupils wage is exceptionally tight and with not alot of spare time i have considered trying to find a sharer/some one who would like to come and hack pip out for me 1/2 times a week with the possibility of some schooling/jumping/pony club if the rider is good enough/they get on well.

when i shared a horse about 5 years ago i paid £25 pw for two lessons a week from the owner plus worked all weekend at the yard doing chores/taking rides out ect so on this basis i was considering asking for a contribution of £15-£20pw plus half of shoes every eight weeks (she only has fronts) however there would be no yard chores unless they wanted to do them as pip is treated as one of the horses at work so she would be done by us as part of the routine and the sharer could ride weekend days as i usually work weekends or will go home so it makes no difference to me. we have beautiful farm hacking or village hacking and pip is an angel to hack, she goes alone/company front/back no napping bucking rearing ses not fizzy but shes not a plod and is SOOOO much fun she really is a saint - isn't strong - today i galloped her across the field slowed her back down with nothing more than sitting in the saddle no reins and she walked calmly back across teh field again!!

would this be reasonable and would thi be something people would be interested in? there would also be the opportunity to come to events with her and have lessons on her later on.

P.S Im near banbury oxfordshire if anyone is interested!! ;)
