Sharing BD test sheets

I always thought they were strictly copyrighted and sharing was prohibited? Once upon a time it was a big no-no if you asked on social media for a test sheet and people would refuse, but I'm seeing it more and more, with people willingly sharing them. Most recently, a few mins ago on the FB British Dressage Forum Unofficial. Am I out of touch and is it now allowed? I always purchase mine from the BD shop.

Not allowed, but I imagine many people don’t care.
You pay for your sole use of them, not to share with others (bit like with music and DVDs).
It did used to annoy me when a livery always wanted to use mine!

If you're short of time or money, just watch at least two people's tests on YouTube, and write it down. Two to make sure they haven't made a mistake!

I used to always use Dressage Diagrams but then the site crashed. I used Youtube for that one, but someone on here did offer to send me one by PM. I was grateful but it did feel wrong.

I presumed it was a temporary glitch but next test I did, the same happened.

I have now bought an old-fashioned new folder of laminated ones.
