H everyone, I'm sort of new to the forum (been lurking for while). Hopefully soon I will be starting to find a new share horse and have a question about going to view one. Ideally I know its best to take someone experienced with you but I really don't know anybody that would be willing to go. Is it still better to take someone unhorsey than go alone or would this just look strange? Also I've noticed that some places that offer rider insurance won't cover you if your paying for the share (which I most likely will be). Is there a company that somebody can recommend that doesn't do this? Any help would be appreciated!
