Shavings

Does anyone know where the cheapest place to get dust free shavings from? I used to get them for free however when we changed yards we went back to straw as the farmer didn't want us to use shavings. I now need to use them after my horse's operation.

most feed murchants sell them but unfortunately they are not cheap, ranging from £5 - £6 a bale.
