Well thankyou everyone who wished me luck for the vetting yesterday, because she passed :D:D:D:D

The vetting took place at my yard yesterday afternoon, so when she passed her old owners left her with me, Vet picked up a problem with her right stifle, he said shes very weak through her right side, but it would come right when I do some more work with her, she only knows how to lunge on the left!! her old owners don't have a menage so she has only been hacked with them and I guess the people before them didn't do much in the way of lungeing.

I left her in last night, but went up early this morn to check her over and turnout, she's fine :)

she's a 14.2hh ISHXTB Skewbald 6YO mare. Shes 7 on the 29th May :)

Pictures to be uploaded later as I don't have the up to date version of flash player on my work computer and I can't download it :(

Thanks to everyone who gave me the feeding advice too, I have followed your advice and she is on soacked hay, no hardfeed and turnout during the day.

Can't wait to get to work with her! :D

Brilliant news and can't wait for the pics - she sounds lovely!!!

Now time to change your Signature???? :)

She's lovely!! I hope you will be very happy with her. Whereabouts are you in Essex? I might see you out on the show circuit? :)

I'm in Nazeing, will probably start off with the more local shows like Harolds Park Farm then build my way up :D.

Fantastic news! Its always the best feeling ever when a horse passes a vetting, and such a relief!
Hope you have a good summer with her :) You bought her just at the right time of year!! :D
