Kelly walked out of her stable today walking like she hasn't walked since before she got ill. Not a foot wrong, not a stumble, not a limp, or a hesitation! I was *that* close to crying!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
She proceeded to behave like an absolute nutjob dragged me round the muckheap, then went out with her daughter and hoolied round the field a bit. Absolutely brilliant.
I'm considering starting to hope this is the start of a huge improvement....she's even off the bute completely!
Here's a pic of her now :) she's been so incredibly alert and naughty today!

Great news..I know the feeling, it took my boy a long time to become sound after an op & we went through months of good days & bad days & then all of a sudden he became sound...I did cry!! lol
 
Bless you, fab news and i have cried a million times at least over horses!
...in fact i struggled with tears a bit when my daughter got 4th in her first show recently!

Well I'm her sharer but over the last 2 years have been down every day with her. Someone said to me today am I excited to ride her again and I said tbh, as long as she's fit healthy and happy, to see her how she is today even if she couldn't be ridden again, I'd still be happy!! :D
She is upgrading fields on Sunday....she's in a tiny individual at the moment and is going into a slightly bigger one across the yard :)
I couldn't be happier, I knew she was a little fighter!
