I had the same problem, too much putting them in the washing machine!! Not supposed to but I think however I washed them they would have gradually gone bald.
I have not tried eskadron but sure if you write to them (bearing in mind these boots are not cheap!) they will assist OR keep an eye out at local charity shops, I managed to pick up some genuine sheepskin for £3 which will provide nice liners for all my boots....
