Sheepskin noseband - shadow roll - ADVICE needed

My horse is afraid of his own moving shadow. He is spooky in the school in the evening under flood lights and will stop at jumps when his shadow appears moving on the poles.

Would a sheepskin noseband help this? Any advice?

A sheepskin noseband will help put him off raising his head, won't stop him spooking though.
