Hi all. Which sheepskin rein covers do people recommend using for their sensitive skinned clipped horses to stop rein rubs?

Some of the rein covers look really long, so i was thinking would noseband or cheekpiece covers be better as they are slightly shorter. It wouldn't need to go all the way down to the end of the rein, its just needed for the point of contact on the neck. Do people have trouble with them sliding up and down or do they tend to fit quite tight to the rein? Thank you for your advice 😊

I use these from bossy bibs. Very light weight and indiscreet.

Cheek pieces or nose covers are too long and wide for reins imho they feel weird when you’re riding but that might be personal preference.

I use the courtlea rein covers and fix them over a martingale stopper to hold them in place. I use them all year round as horse has very odd skin issues.
