Well unfortunately after much discussion and tears, my younger daughter is giving up riding - she's 10.
My elder daughter is still very keen and we are going to start looking for a 14.2 for her soon.
Of course that means now my lovely 13.2 will be sold as there is no-one to pass him on to.
I feel quite sad but I am not going to force her to ride if she doesn't want to do it. The reason she gives is that it's boring! She likes shows but realises she can't keep a pony just to go to shows on.
Ah well - perhaps she'll come back to it in time!
