She's having puppies!

after the saddness of our last cocker spaniel bitch petra having one still born puppy and nearly dieing herself, we put he sister Bramble in pup but vowed to be very careful and make sure the same thing didn't happen again! Any way today bramble went for her 4 week scan and the vet has said that she is having FIVE puppies which we are amazed about as she is very small heself and we weren't expecting anything so brilliant! so fingers crossed all will go well and Bramble's amazing year will continue as she came 4th at the British Cocker spaniel gundogs champs in January! here is a pic of her looking cute (sorry if its small)!

, I know I was when I heard our bitch was going to have puppies, we now have the daughter, who was a year old this month, its blumin hard work though! :3.

Which dog on your website?
Yes we are so happy especially because it was really hard to get her mum and sister in pup so we thought that maybe they had fertility problems but she is obviously fine as this is her first try! all your dogs are lovely btw!

He is called Rury, and he is a fab dog! Works so hard all day, but is the softest dog in the house!
Im not sure if they have the same head, but im sure we have a pic of him doing the same as our cocker!
This is him as a puppy, just because its cute!!

OMG Rury looks IDENTICAL to the dog who is having puppies brother! he is exactly the same with the white nose and tummy etc! here is a photo, he's dirty and wet after a long days shooting! sorry its HUGE!!

He is a lovely stamp of a working dog, so compact. Your bitch looks the same sort of stamp, thats why i thought they looked similar!
Rurys dad was known as the vicar as he had a white "dog collar" marking, Ru nearly has the same oon the back of his neck.
Youd better not post any pics of puppies, when they arrive, or ill be after one!!!

Ill be steering well clear of this forum in a few weeks then! I love puppies too! My dad always says that anyone who doesnt go all goey over a cute puppy, should be shot!
Fingers crossed everything goes to plan, and you have lovely healthy pups!!

aww baldrick is the sweetest name for a cocker pup! yeh working cockers are fab even though they need a LOT of excercise!
