I would say the dales!

We use to have a Shetland X FellxTB.
The FellxTb was left till 2 till we cut him as he was weady! (Didn't think he knew what it was for!) Sue the shetland was playing up at a show & the next day she foaled! Now we know why!
Was the best kids pony ever that came out of her she would be 12.2hh as well. But her to a Dales & got a cracking foal.

I knew a Dartmoor stud once where they were building a platform for their stallion as there was a TB coming to visit him!!!!

I think the proportions are a tad 'off' - and don't think much of the pony either TBH...
