I ordered a bit for my pony on Monday. Not needed for Christmas but wanted to get order in before everything shuts down. They rang me yesterday as they'd got my card details wrong and bit has just arrived today. Well done Shires

they are fab aren't they, when i phone and ask about a product they scuttle around the shop grabbing things and describing them to me, never rude or impatient , i really appreciate their help as i have nothing here for miles except Decathlon 2 hrs away, i agree, well done Shires.
