never ordered from shires but try these people: www.barnstormers.co.uk they stock shires & are cheaper, not ordered from them for a while tho!

had problems with barnstormers, many times i have had phone calls saying the items wont be in stock for about 2 months, so iv forgotten about it for that time then i call back and they still havent got it!
its worth a try though for the lower prices.

Beware buying from Shires. If you have a problem with the rugs they will not get back to you. I have even attempted to call the guy who is responsible for sales in the UK. Even he doesn't have the courtesy to call me back or get someone else to!
I am so disgusted with their aftersales service that I am debating never using Shires again, even though all of mine have Shires rugs and always have.
My problem was with the Chillcheeta Combo 500g. TBH the only thing it would have fitted was an oversized daschound!!!
