It's really odd as I have always had fab service from them. I've used them 3 times.

They've changed hands or downsized or something. They are now seriously crap and I wouldn't bother. There was a thread on the BD forum about them and everyone who tried to buy from them recently have been treated appallingly. Shame, cause they used to offer a great service.

i live near them and they have recently opened a shop and its brill! they do some really good bitting clinics rounds, just give them a ring really friendly

Finally lied about what they had and hadn't done.

Didn't apologise even though clearly in the wrong.

I agree it is a shame. They used to be great.

Interestingly the guy's name was Matt too.

I used them a couple of times - but then they became impossible to contact, and there's no way I'm buying stuff from a company that won't talk to me.

They sent me the wrong bit. They did change it without quibble but only after many phone calls as they seemed to " forget ".

I’ve had real problems with them latterly to, waited ages, couldn't get in contact, not giving me my money back, and then 2 £100 bits turn up on the door step, total sham!
