Some posts about shop4bits.com are a bit old now. Can anyone give me some good feedback on them. As they are impossible to get hold of now that they have taken the money and no bit has turned up.

They are under new management, I'm suprised to hear that you are having problems as the new owner is very dedicated and working every god sent hour she has with the business.
Are you sure the bit has not been returned with the courier, that happened with a friend as it has to be signed for etc.

I have recently ordered a bit on trial with them, it was not suitable so I sent it back and I now have another one to try.
They were very helpful, speedy service and they haven't charged me anything except the original small charge that you pay.
