Did anybody else's take a while??

I ordered two bits 2 weeks ago, and not a sign of them....

Should I have read the small print??

I know of several people that have had very slow service from them - including myself! Several posts that I've read on another forum also complained of a lack of response to emails and phone calls. I have to say that although they repeatedly told me over the period of 6 weeks that the Sprenger I ordered would be with me in a couple of days, they did at least they reply to my emails to do that! I got it in the end and I think the others got theirs too. They are not the quickest or the most responsive, but the 30 days trial can make it worthwhile if we're happy to wait. I wasn't thrilled, but it was a relatively uncommon bit that I wanted and they did get it to me in the end!
 
I just want some snaffles to try. *sulks*

I will hound them on Monday, and see where they are.

Mail is being alright...have had other parcels arrive quickly..
 
I've found that they provide a really good, prompt service and are friendly and efficient on the phone. I'd give them a ring on Monday, just to check nothing's gone wrong with your order.
 
Sadly I had terrible issues getting bits from them, the ones I ordered online first came within a few days whch was great, they didnt suit so I sent them back and requested a couple of different bits/sizes to try.... heard nothing... tried agian only to be told out of stock, asked for something else, told it would be with me the next week, then the next week, then the next week... then they stopped returning my emails and fobbed me off on phonecalls (when the actually did return them)... I'm still waiting 4/5 months down the line...

appauling service IMO...
