Any suggestions - need to be 'supportive' fabric (still on the diet!), prefer darker cream - light canary I think, I had Lucinda Green chamois ones and they were a tad dark + they shrank when I washed them! Price, well I'm open on that as they will have to last years!

Depends on her body shape. I find the Pikeur ones really uncomfortable as they are high waisted (and in fact expect some sort of indentation where the waist goes). However, they do look very good when on and the fabric is extremely supportive.

I've got some Schumacher ones that are a nice shade of canary. They're quite thick cotton and wash really well. They're the high waisted ones but I think they do a normal waisted version.

I have the Just Togs version of the Pikeur style ones and they are lovely. Cost around £65 i think.

I think these are the ones, although mine have a high waist

I have the Pikeur normal waisted ones, always buy these now, much prefer them to their more expensive counterparts!

I'm really fussy about my competition breeches and couldn't get on with Pikeur, I've since found that Barbour ones are very comfrotable, thick cotton with the scholler material thats in the Lucinda Green ones. I've had mine for 2 years now and they still look like new, even got a pair on ebay for £40!!
