WARNING- a known shoplifter is operating in the surrey / sussex area - he and his girlfriend steal feed supplements and other small but valuable items from shops and then try and take them back for a refund using any excuse they think they can get a way with ! Please tell your local shops to be on the look out. Police are aware of him but have never yet been able to catch him as have no evidence like CCTV.
