I need a welly rack, that will hold 5+ pairs of wellies, that incorporates a boot jack and is free standing. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for anywhere, so some HHO shopping skills would be much appreciated!

I would ask a carpenter, joiner or handyman depending on how posh you want to go to make one for you to your own design. A plank of wood with battens underneath with ten pieces of broom handle let in or glued and screwed to it and a V shaped cut out at one end with perhaps an upright of some description to hold on to as you’re levering them off.
