Short Reins - any ideas???

Quickie question. I have a 14 hh pony, very fine with a short neck and I'm getting concerned about the reins dangling by my feet when I ride. My current reins are cob length but pony reins only seem to be a couple of inches shorter in general.
Anyone any ideas on who makes shorter reins that might be suitable?

eBay has shetland reins or ask a saddler to shorten what you already have, it shouldn't be expensive.

I always use pony reins on my cob.
