Can anyone recommend somewhere suitable for a teenager to go unaccompanied for a weekend. It's for my friends daughter who has been having lessons at a riding school for a few years. They live in Hertfordshire.
There's two in the Lake District that I'd recommend. First is The Friesian Experience in Cartmel, the other is a Shire & Clydesdale place also in the lakes somewhere. Maybe called something like Cumbrian Heavy Horses.
